57 cm Seat tube center of the bracket to the top of the top tube (this is where I got the 57 size)
55 cm TOP tube center to the top of the top tube
135 mm Head tube
173 mm Steerer tube
Frame paint has a decent finish
There are some chips and scratches that have some touch-up, all can be seen in pics
Chips on chain stay are covered with chainguard stickers
Everything is straight, no crashes
